Terms of Service

By accessing or using Onely, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Onely is operated by Onely Inc. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to access or use Onely.

If you use Onely on behalf of a company, agency, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that entity's behalf.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

Onely provides tools for creators, agencies, and character-led brands, including creator identity management, content production, social publishing, fan relationship management, subscriptions, e-commerce, and related business operations.

Some features may be AI-powered. Outputs may not be unique, complete, or error-free, and users are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, sale, or commercial use.

Some services may require paid subscriptions, one-time purchases, credits, or usage-based fees. Pricing, included features, and billing cycles will be displayed during purchase or subscription flows.

Except where required by applicable law, completed payments are non-refundable. Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit. You grant Onely the necessary license to use, host, process, copy, modify, and display that content to operate, protect, improve, and provide the services.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions required to upload, process, publish, and commercially use any content, names, likenesses, brand assets, or other materials you provide.

Users may not create, upload, publish, sell, or facilitate the following through Onely:

• Sexually explicit material, non-consensual or exploitative content, or improper content involving minors.
• Impersonation, fraud, illegal activity, infringement, harassment, hate, threats of violence, or attempts to evade moderation.
• Any content or activity that violates applicable laws, platform rules, payment partner policies, or third-party rights.

Onely may provide tools that support subscriptions, digital offerings, e-commerce products, customer payments, and creator business operations. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their rules and restrictions.

Onely Inc. is not a bank, lender, money transmitter, or funds custodian, and does not provide financial, investment, lending, or stored-value account services.

Users are responsible for their sales, taxes, consumer disclosures, product descriptions, fulfillment, customer support, and compliance obligations.

We may restrict, remove, suspend, or terminate accounts, content, or features if we believe activity violates these Terms, platform policies, legal requirements, or payment partner policies.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onely Inc. makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, business outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onely Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be handled on an individual basis to the extent permitted by applicable law, and not as a class action.
